Payments

I accept cash, personal checks and Venmo., only.

  • When a service has been agreed upon and scheduled:

  • If paying Cash or Personal Check, the payment can be made in person or or left at your home at the start of service.  Please make all checks payable to: J.A.C.S. Pet Care, LLC.

  • If paying by Venmo, I will provide you a link to my Venmo account name.

Payment Requirements

​

All visits, except for 10-hour and 24-hour stays: 

Payment is due no later than start-time of service. Exceptions can be made for clients in good-standing.

 

10-hour Overnight Stay and 24-hour Stay:

A 50% deposit of the total service amount is required at scheduling, with balance due no later than start-time of service. 

If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of scheduling, you will be notified. 

If the deposit is not received after an additional 24 hours, you will be notified that you have forfeited the date(s) and they will be made available to other clients.

Cancellation Policy

I will be as understanding as possible with unforeseen circumstances.

​

All visits, except for 10-hour and 24-hour stays:

I do not charge for a cancellation.  Any monies paid will be refunded.

​

10-hour Overnight Stay and 24-hour Stay: 

I ask for a 50% deposit to hold your days. If you need to cancel, the deposit will be refunded, less a $25.00 service fee.

Please let me know ASAP, so I can be available to help other clients.

 

*Repetitive cancellations will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and can result in termination of future service.
